"Wayne Quarles is one of the best and most professional clinicians I have ridden with. Each time I ride with him, I learn something new and it sticks with me since he does ask questions which help me visualize what I need to be working on (or in some cases, stop doing!) He is very in tune with both horse and rider. A week before a particular clinic, my OTTB, who I have ridden in Wayne clinics several times before, had a meltdown and went from jumping well to not even being able to canter without throwing a fit. I almost cancelled but instead decided if Wayne could not help, I was done! I could not really explain the problem so Wayne watched us go around and then formulated a plan just for us over the 3 day clinic. By the third day, my horse was happy, I was happy and we were back to being a team."
"Wayne Quarles has been a major influence in my riding for over 20 years. He has helped me address the minor habits that were preventing me from excelling. I believe in his expertise so much that I encourage all of my students ride with him when he is here. It is important as an instructor to use the expertise of others to improve myself and my students. Thank you, Wayne, for your patience, knowledge and friendship."
